Job Description

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyzes highly complex user requirements to determine Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system configuration and customization with full competency.
* Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
* Implements, maintains and upgrades ERP application modules.
* Reviews ERP system changes, implementations and upgrades to identify and develop required technical documentation.
* Leads and coordinates activities of the project team and assists in monitoring project schedules.
* Evaluates the business need for system customizations and conducts appropriate cost/benefit analysis.
* Ensures successful implementation of ERP system changes and monitors changes for increased efficiency.
* Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.
* Coordinates with ERP Business Analysts and/or other internal professionals to define detailed requirements, analyze business needs and validate solutions with the client.
* Designs solutions and determines specific actions required to solve the identified business need.
* Handles multiple, highly complex projects from inception to completion.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

* Requires strong management skills
* Requires strong organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills
* Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
* Ability to identify, address and resolve employee related issues
* Experience in ERP system customization using recognized best practices is required
* Proven success in ERP implementations, upgrades, maintenance and/or support is required
* Knowledge of business process flows in an ERP system is required
* Experience in full life cycle development with an emphasis on incremental, iterative development and deployment is required
* Advanced knowledge of ERP system configuration and security is required
* Advanced knowledge of system development tools and languages is required
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; reviews, edits and offers suggestions to others on appropriate oral and written communication
* Ability to negotiate
* Strong organizational skills and creative problem solving abilities
* Strong customer service and leadership skills required
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within all levels of the company

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Director level management role. Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations effective achievement of objectives. Works closely with executives on departmental issues. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires a in-depth knowledge of the company. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people. Has very wide latitude for decision-making. Typically requires a minimum of ten years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning or related field with a minimum of four years management experience.



FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $145,900.00 - $245,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
