About the Team

Our team provides support for retirement plan testing and reporting of defined contribution plans, including the maintenance of logs, preparation of government forms, compliance testing, and process servicing tasks for Omni Compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Prepare government forms (e.g. Form 5500, related Schedules, Form 5500-SF, Form 8955-SSA, Form 5330).
  • Review submitted questionnaires, create and send tasks, maintain logs.
  • Assemble and sweep test result packages to clients.
  • Data entry and maintenance of proper, retirement plan document language.
  • Utilize and navigate proprietary software, such as Omni suite of systems, Relius Administration, and Relius Government Forms.
  • Understand and apply applicable ERISA, Internal Revenue Code and Regulations to defined contribution plans.
  • Ensure accurate task processing and troubleshooting of data issues.
  • Identify and implementopportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain high standards by following department procedures and policies to prevent losses due to administrative errors.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Gain general proficiency in retirement plan processing, forms, logs, and systems.

What You Bring

  • Typically, experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Data entry skills, with the technical capability to learn new systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Time management capabilities.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to client needs.
  • Results-oriented, capable of working in an organized manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and public.

  • Experience working with retirement plans.
  • Familiarity with Omni systems, Relius Administration, Relius Government Forms, or similar retirement plan software.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $16.97 - $27.65 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
