The Customer Support Representative I provides excellent customer care to customers in a timely manner with an emphasis on providing accurate information, effective communication and issue resolution. The hours are 10:30am - 7:00pm.
We are hosting walk-in interviews every Wednesday at our Jefferson facility from 9:00am - 4:00pm. When attending this event, please bring a copy of your resume with for us to review in-person. During this event, you will be able to meet with a member of our Recruitment team and the Customer Support team, if available to discuss our Customer Support Representative role.
